About Joanna
Hi, Iām Joanna! Iām a Registered Dietitian with a background in nutrition and psychology. I support adults who feel anxious or overwhelmed around food in building supportive eating patterns that fit into real life. When Iām not with clients, youāll find me practicing yoga, meditating, thrifting, or cooking new recipes. Iām curious, warm, and genuinely excited to meet you where you are.
Approach to care
Many of the clients I work with feel stuck overthinking meals or feeling unsettled around food when stress is high. My work focuses on nutrition that supports the nervous system and the anxious mind through regular, balanced, flexible eating. The goal isnāt perfect eating ā itās helping food feel simpler and take up less mental space.
Your first session with Joanna
Our first session will be a conversation focused on understanding you. Weāll talk about your relationship with food, your daily routines, and how stress or anxiety may be affecting your appetite, digestion, or eating patterns. Thereās no need to prepare, track food, or have things āfigured out.ā Weāll move at a comfortable pace, with a focus on reducing overwhelm and identifying small, supportive next steps.
