I am a dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutrition (RDN) and Licensed Dietitian (LD) with over 35 years’ experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. I am the owner and CEO of Health Infinity founded in 2016, providing diet and lifestyle modifications with food as medicine. I am driven by a passion for helping others achieve optimal health and well-being. As a former university Adjunct Instructor for over nine years, my approach blends evidence-based nutrition with a deep understanding of the personal and emotional factors that influence your food choices.

Dietary Assessment: we'll discuss your usual eating habits, food preferences, and dislikes. 3. Goal Setting: Together, we’ll set clear, realistic nutrition goals based on your health, personal goals, and lifestyle; including weight management, managing health conditions, improving energy levels 4. Plan for Follow-ups: A schedule for follow-up appointments to track progress, make adjustments, and provide ongoing support.
