About Jodi
Hi, I am Jodi, a Registered Dietitian and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with 30 years of experience helping others lead healthier happier lives. I believe in finding balance between nutrition and movement. My passion is helping others make lifelong changes through small goals. When we work together, you won't get a "quick fix" but a true, sustainable lifestyle change that is realistic for you.
Approach to care
I lean into my health coach experience and expertise to assist clients with setting goals. My approach is member centered and collaborative. This is about you and I am here to support your wellness journey through personalized strategies. It is never one size fits all. I think outside of the box when co-creating goals so that they meet your unique needs and values. We work together for your success!
Your first session with Jodi
I want you to feel this is a safe and supportive space to share. In our first session, I will learn about you. I will be asking about your health, nutrition, wellness and lifestyle. Together, we will explore goals and develop realistic strategies to achieve them. I will provide some nutrition education to empower you and information to make informed choices and first steps you can implement right away. I also want to hear what motivates you for success as well as obstacles. This can help me be your best accountability partner.
