About Jodie
Jodie is a passionate registered dietitian dedicated to helping clients create a healthy, balanced lifestyle through evidence-based nutrition and mindful movement. With a background in clinical nutrition and years of experience guiding individuals toward their health and wellness goals, whether they're managing chronic conditions, optimizing performance, or simply striving for overall wellness. In addition to her nutrition expertise, Jodie is a certified Pilates instructor, blending strength, flexibility, and mindful body alignment into her wellness philosophy. She believes that optimal health comes from the integration of nourishing food, movement, and self-care. Jodie empowers her clients to make informed choices that support their unique health needs and goals.
Approach to care
I look at health holistically. I encourage clients to listen to their bodies, set realistic goals, and develop daily lifelong habits that center around a healthy mindset, good nutrition and regular movement. I believe in setting small attainable goals, building motivation, confidence and encouraging consistency.
Your first session with Jodie
The first session will include a comprehensive assessment. I will evaluate dietary habits, lifestyle factors and overall health to identify areas that need improvement. We will create a personalized plan to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
