Approach to care

a) You feel more MOTIVATION for your own reasons to make any happier & healthier changes you wish b) You feel more clarity, CONFIDENCE, & control more generally c) You being clear of the health choices that have the greatest likelihood of helping you achieve your goals (according to the preponderance of the strongest evidence, with resources & videos that can be shared) d) You not being persuaded to do as I wish; rather, ACCEPTED as you are now, supported in your right to make changes (or not), me as a consultant for you f) Me really LISTENING to understand your unique perspective & circumstances, especially with challenges g) Celebrating your striving, strengths, & successes

Your first session with John

The conversation is customized to where you are at with change, what matters to you, and what would be most helpful for you to get where you wish to go. The first session will likely include more information exchange than other sessions for orientation and collaboration. Clarifying your insights, preferences, and sense of what is worthwhile Feeling more clarity, confidence, and/or control for aligning with what matters most to you in the short-term and long-term Information/resource sharing is an option, but not as much the focus of you walking away with more clarity and resolve for you becoming more of who and how you wish to be in the world.
