John has dedicated more than 15 years to working and learning around the world from studying gastronomy in Paris, France to serving as a content developer, culinary educator, and curriculum designer at Tulane University's Golding Center for Culinary Medicine in New Orleans, LA. His background as a registered dietitian, trained chef, and certified personal trainer enables him to support individuals of all ages with personalized approaches to embracing healthier lifestyles to manage various conditions and needs. By customizing approaches to cooking, nutrition, and movement John has helped hundreds achieve health goals and sustain their accomplishments and is here to do the same for you.

Beginning your partnership together starts with a two-way fact finding mission. John will be there to listen and answer your questions while learning about your experiences, needs, and goals.
