I began my career as a Nutritionist with the WIC Program, where I developed a deep appreciation for community health and nutrition education. My passion led me to pursue a master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences with a focus on Nutrition Healthcare, deepening my understanding of how nutrition impacts long-term health outcomes. During this time, I was diagnosed with PCOS — a personal experience that reshaped my perspective and inspired me to become a Registered Dietitian. I wanted not only to manage my own health, but to help others navigate their own challenges through evidence-based nutrition care. Today, I offer compassionate, individualized guidance rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience. I’m committed to building positive client relationships and creating personalized nutrition plans that empower you to make informed choices and enhance your well-being.
