About Johnna

Hi there, I’m Johnna. I believe every chapter of your health story deserves curiosity, compassion, and a sense of direction. Maybe you’re ready to rebuild your habits, refresh your understanding of wellness, or finally find peace with food. Wherever you are, this is the start of something steady and meaningful. Over five years of experience in nutrition counseling focused on intuitive eating, eating disorders, disordered eating, vegan/vegetarian, and the active traveling business professional. I’ve seen that real change happens when we create the right building blocks: ones that are small & intentional steps that add up to lasting habits. My goal is to help you uncover what truly works for you, with tools, accountability, and encouragement along the way. Because food isn’t just fuel or nourishment, I believe it’s also energy, peace, and celebration.

Approach to care

I approach nutrition as both an art and a science: practical, creative, and deeply personal. My care is rooted in a weight-neutral, and Health at Every Size (HAES) framework. I also integrate in a functional wellness mindset, focusing on balance and adaptability over perfection. Together, we’ll create structure that supports your life to add value, not one that restricts it. My work blends evidence-based practice with the real-world flexibility you actually need. I value curiosity, accountability, and simple systems that make wellness sustainable. After living in Europe and Australia, I developed a deep appreciation for how food connects us...to culture, to others, and to ourselves. I want you to experience that connection too, learning how to bring joy back to the table while supporting your energy and mindset.

Your first session with Johnna

Your first session is a welcoming space — part conversation, part collaboration, and all about you. We’ll explore your “why,” uncover your building blocks for wellness, and start crafting a plan that fits your unique rhythm. Expect a mix of structure and support: practical steps, honest reflection, and gentle accountability. Together, we’ll look at your relationship with food, movement, and energy — not through the lens of restriction, but of nourishment and possibility. l hope all clients leave with clarity, direction, and a foundation to build on. One that brings energy, peace, and celebration back into your everyday life.
