About Jon

For over 8 years, Jon Kuanfung, RDN, CPT has been guiding clients toward their health and nutrition goals. His areas of expertise include weight management, blood sugar regulation, heart-healthy nutrition, and nutrition for athletic performance. Jon advocates for sustainable lifestyle modifications to build strong and healthy bodies. His endurance feats include completing multiple ultra-marathons, such as the Run Rabbit Run 100-mile mountain race in Colorado.

Your first session with Jon

We will dive into your goals and develop a road map for success. On our first call we will identify main goals and look at the reason why you wish to achieve them. We then will develop a roadmap and timeline for success. During this call we will go through your current eating habits, nutrition plan as well as a health assessment. You will leave the call with actionable steps to work on until the next follow up.
