About Jordan
Hi! My name is Jordan, and I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer in sunny South Florida. My passion is helping individuals fuel their bodies for peak performance and overall health. I’ve had the opportunity to work with several NFL teams, division I collegiate programs, and everyday athletes. My goal is to support you in feeling your best while nurturing a balanced, healthy relationship with food. Nutrition should enhance your life—not restrict it!

By understanding your unique situation and applying evidence-based nutrition science, we will develop a personalized plan that suits you. “Nutrition by addition” is my philosophy: how can we make small changes to your current diet that help you reach your goals? I am passionate about helping people feel empowered to make positive changes, and supporting them every step of the way.
Your first session with Jordan
My goal is to work with you as a team. I want to start by getting a clear picture of your current eating habits and overall health. From there, we’ll talk about what you want to achieve and any challenges that might be getting in the way. By the end of our first session, we’ll identify a goal for you to begin working on. At each consecutive session, we will review your successes and challenges, adjust the plan, and build on your progress!
