About Jordan
Hi! My name is Jordan, and I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer in sunny South Florida. Having a healthy relationship with food is something that I feel is extremely important no matter what your goals are. I’ve had the opportunity to work with several NFL teams and division I collegiate programs, and continue to work with individuals who want to improve their overall health or performance. Whether you are looking to enhance your performance, or just want to live a healthier lifestyle, my goal as your dietitian is to help you create a healthy relationship with food so you can achieve your goals- Let’s reach your goals together!
Approach to care
By understanding your unique situation and applying evidence-based nutrition science, we will develop a personalized plan that suits you. “Nutrition by addition” is my philosophy: how can we make small changes to your current diet that help you reach your goals? I am passionate about helping people feel empowered to make positive changes, and supporting them every step of the way.
Your first session with Jordan
My goal is to form a partnership with you. First I want to understand your current nutrition habits and overall health. Then we will discuss your health goals and any specific challenges you may be facing. By the end of the first session, we will have an actionable plan that you can immediately start implementing. At each consecutive session, we will review your successes and challenges, adjust the plan, and build on your progress!
