About Jordan
Nutrition and performance have shaped both my career and my free time. I trained at the University of Illinois, earning an MS in Dietetics and Human Nutrition, and worked in sports nutrition for five years before becoming a practicing RDN last year. Based in Urbana, Illinois, I bring a performance-minded, evidence-based perspective to everyday goals. I enjoy traveling and hiking, and I love chasing performance goals and helping people reach theirs, whether that's improving performance or building sustainable habits.
Approach to care
Good nutrition is rooted in science, but lasting change comes from habits that fit your life. I blend evidence-based recommendations with practical, action-oriented steps we can sustain together. My work is judgment-free and weight-neutral, focused on behaviors rather than quick fixes or diet rules. We'll look at the whole picture, physical and mental, and Iβll teach you the why behind recommendations so you can make confident choices that last.
Your first session with Jordan
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and map out realistic short-term goals together. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive. I'll ask about routines, past attempts, performance priorities, and what feels most important to you right now. By the end of the visit we'll agree on a couple of manageable steps to get started, so you leave with clarity and momentum rather than pressure.
