About Jordan
Hello! I have worked as a dietitian and personal trainer in multiple settings over the years and have a wide range of experience from this. My main love with nutrition is helping people achieve any goal with a positive approach towards food. I have experience working with diabetes, heart disease, general wellness, hormone health, and have a passion for helping others work through and recover from different spectrums of disordered eating. In addition I ensure to maintain an up to date Personal training certification so I can delve deeper into exercise with those who may want guidance in this area. I hope to work with you soon!
Approach to care
Jordan believes food and nutrition should be used to add to your life not take away. She aims to help people sort through the confusing web of health information aimed at us daily with evidence based practice. Jordan is passionate about what food and exercise can do for your life and body and believes in a flexible approach to food and nutrition. After all food is more than fuel; it is culture, experiences, and a way to share life with others! Jordan also offers a faith based approach for those interested.
Your first session with Jordan
In our first session I want to genuinely hear your goals and concerns but also give space to get to know you! We will cover past medical history and work to establish the first steps in our plan of care.
