Hi! I am a Registered Dietitian with 3+ years of experience working with eating disorders. I am dedicated to helping clients heal their relationships with food and their bodies while honoring individual needs and preferences. I believe in the power of compassionate support and creating a safe space for exploration and growth. By prioritizing emotional and physical wellness, I hope to empower individuals to cultivate a balanced, joyful relationship with food, free from the constraints of dieting and societal pressures.
Approach to care
I believe in a client-centered, holistic approach to care. I prioritize building a healing relationship with food and the body by fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment to empower individuals to embrace their unique experiences.
Your first session with Jordan

I prioritize a compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to exploring these questions and want to meet you where you are in your journey. Overall in our first session, I hope to get to know you as a human and collaborate to have a better understanding of how I can support you through nutrition counseling in achieving your goals.
