About Jordan

Hi! I’m Jordan — a chef turned registered dietitian with a deep love for food and a strong passion for wellness. With a career full of hands-on experience, I’ve had the honor of guiding clients through various health challenges including GI issues, heart disease, diabetes, metabolic and endocrine disorders, cancer, disordered eating, and weight management. I get it — managing nutrition can feel tough, especially for women navigating life’s many stages. That’s why I’m here: to help you nourish your body and mind, so you can feel vibrant, balanced, and truly your best through the power of food. Let’s make wellness delicious and doable together!

Approach to care

I’m all about a balanced, no-restrictions approach to nutrition—because yes, all foods can have a place in a healthy, enjoyable lifestyle! Eating isn’t just about fueling our bodies; it’s at the heart of life’s best moments—whether we’re celebrating milestones, hanging out with friends and family, or navigating those tricky emotional days. So, why should it feel like just another item on your to-do list. My approach? Meet you exactly where you are—no judgment, just support. Together, we’ll explore what makes your body and taste buds happy while working toward your unique goals. Whether you’re managing medical nutrition needs, wanting a better relationship with food, or just craving more energy and confidence around eating, I’ve got your back with evidence-based advice, kindness, and a big dose of respect for your story. Your journey is one-of-a-kind, and I’m genuinely excited to be part of it—cheering you on every step of the way!

Your first session with Jordan

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll take time to explore your health history, current eating habits, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you may be facing with food or nutrition. This is a collaborative space—you're the expert on your own life, and I'm here to listen, support, and offer guidance tailored to your needs. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, and no judgment—just a chance to start building a plan that feels realistic, respectful, and sustainable. You can expect a mix of conversation, gentle education, and goal-setting, with plenty of room for questions along the way. My priority is to make you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you take this next step toward your health and well-being.
