About Jordan

Hi, I’m Jordan, a Registered Dietitian with a background in culinary arts and food service. I began my career in professional kitchens, where I developed a deep appreciation for the power of food—not just as nourishment, but as a way to connect with others and express care. Over time, I realized my true passion was helping others, which led me back to school to study nutrition and pursue a career in dietetics. I have since been working in the hospital setting, helping patients navigate acute nutrition issues and immediate health concerns. While this was meaningful I found myself wanting to be a larger part of the journey to lasting change, which led me to Nourish.

Approach to care

I believe in a balanced, non-restrictive approach to nutrition where all foods can fit as part of a healthy, enjoyable lifestyle. Eating is at the center of everything we do- whether we are celebrating a milestone, spending quality time with friends or family, or coping with emotions. Which is why it should be an enjoyable experience and not just another thing on your to do list. My goal is to meet you where you are—without judgment—and work together to explore your unique needs, preferences, and goals. Whether you're navigating medical nutrition concerns, looking to improve your relationship with food, or simply seeking more energy and confidence in your eating habits, I am here to support you with compassion, evidence-based guidance, and a deep respect for your lived experience. Your journey is your own, and I am honored to walk alongside you through it!

Your first session with Jordan

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll take time to explore your health history, current eating habits, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you may be facing with food or nutrition. This is a collaborative space—you're the expert on your own life, and I'm here to listen, support, and offer guidance tailored to your needs. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, and no judgment—just a chance to start building a plan that feels realistic, respectful, and sustainable. You can expect a mix of conversation, gentle education, and goal-setting, with plenty of room for questions along the way. My priority is to make you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you take this next step toward your health and well-being.
