About Jordan
I have been a registered dietitian for over 6 years, and have experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy for many disease states and conditions. I've spent 4 years working in the clinical setting and also have 2 years of experience with tele-health counseling and motivational interviewing. I have a wide variety of experience with educating on various disease states including, but not limited to, sports nutrition, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, gastroesophageal reflux disease, weight management, and much more.
Approach to care
My approach is to always practice person-centered care. My goal is to not just treat a symptom that you're having, but treat you through a whole person approach. My aim is to make nutrition less stressful and more enjoyable by partnering together to figure out what works best for you and fits into your life. I aim to do this through evidence-based nutrition information that you can trust.

In our first session, I want to get to know more about you and your goals! I want to learn about your life, your support system, your dietary habits, what motivated you to make the appointment, what your health goals are, and how I can support you. We will dive into what has and hasn't worked for you in the past, and figure out where to go next to propel you towards your goals.
