About Jordan
Hi there! My name is Jordan, and I am excited to work with you. My professional background is focused on weight management, intuitive eating, and improving overall wellness in my patient's every day life. I have also worked with weight management patients, pediatric patients, and coach group fitness classes in my spare time. My favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon is baking scones or crafting!
Approach to care
I follow an approach to care that emphasizes what can be added, over what has to be eliminated from a diet. I support intuitive eating when medically appropriate, and believe that any food can fit into a healthy diet! I want to get to know my patients - your goals, your worries, your strengths! Plenty of people can give you a meal plan. What makes a dietitian different is the ability to meet you where you are, and to then tailor our time together to help enhance your nutrition to support the life you are working towards.
Your first session with Jordan
During our first session, I want to get to know a little bit about you - not just your nutrition goals, but what your priorities are, in order to build a plan that will work for your life. I want to know about not just your medical history, but also your personal history with weight, food, and exercise. Knowing where we come from can help us to best map out where we go next!
