About Jovelle

Hi there! I'm a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping people feel their best through food and lifestyle. I truly believe nutrition should be realistic, enjoyable, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Whether I’m supporting someone in managing a chronic health condition or simply finding ways to make everyday eating easier, my goal is always to provide guidance that feels practical and encouraging. I enjoy getting to know each person, learning their story, and working together to create strategies that fit seamlessly into their life. For me, it’s not just about food—it’s about building confidence, creating balance, and helping people feel cared for along the way.

Approach to care

When working with me, you can expect a supportive and realistic approach to nutrition care. I focus on simplifying nutrition so it feels less overwhelming and more approachable, breaking it down into clear and practical steps. Together, we’ll set SMART goals—specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based—that are tailored to your unique lifestyle and needs. My priority is to help you build habits that are not only effective, but also sustainable, so you can feel confident in your choices and see real progress over time.

Your first session with Jovelle

In our first session together, my goal is to get to know you—not just your nutrition habits, but also your lifestyle, background, daily routines, and even the emotions that may influence your relationship with food. I believe all of these pieces are important in creating a plan that truly works for you. We’ll take time to talk about what matters most to you, your challenges, and your goals, so I can better understand how to support you. From there, we’ll work together to find realistic, simple strategies that fit into your life and help improve your overall well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized—I want you to feel heard, supported, and confident from the very beginning.
