Hey, Iâm a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping clients improve their health through realistic, sustainable nutrition, without extreme diets or an all-or-nothing mindset. I specialize in weight loss, body composition changes, and helping clients manage high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high A1C levels (pre-diabetes). We will work on emotional eating, eating for your lifestyle, and making sure you don't feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice. My approach is practical, personalized, and judgment-free. I donât believe in rigid rules or cutting out the foods you love. Instead, I focus on helping you understand your habits, learn the âwhyâ behind your choices, and build routines that actually fit your lifestyle. Your first session with Joy
In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation focused on getting to know you. Weâll talk through your health history, goals, current eating habits, lifestyle, and any challenges youâve been running into. Iâll ask questions to understand what youâre eating and how food fits into your daily life. By the end of the session, youâll have clarity around your priorities, a few clear and realistic action steps to get started, and a plan that feels supportive. In this, we set a strong foundation and realistic, achievable goals that we will work toward.
