About Joyce

I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience helping teens and adults build a healthier relationship with food in a way that feels realistic and supportive. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by nutrition advice, frustrated by dieting, or unsure how to make changes that actually last. My goal is to help make food feel simpler, more manageable, and less stressful. I support clients with weight management, emotional eating, ADHD-related eating challenges, and overall wellness. With a background in teen nutrition and disordered eating prevention, I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach and focus on progress that fits real life—not perfection.

Approach to care

With over a decade of experience, I’ve learned that nutrition is never one-size-fits-all. I focus on listening first and understanding your routines, challenges, and priorities before making recommendations. My approach is collaborative and supportive—we work together to build habits that feel doable and sustainable, without rigid rules or guilt. I aim to help you feel more confident around food while still enjoying it.

Your first session with Joyce

Your first session is focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about your goals, health history, eating patterns, and past experiences with nutrition. This session is designed to create a shared understanding and a supportive foundation moving forward. There’s no pressure to change everything right away or label foods as ā€œgoodā€ or ā€œbad.ā€ It’s a judgment-free space where we start by building trust and clarity.
