About Judy

I have been a registered dietitian over 30 years. I worked at 3 leading children’s hospitals in the following cities: St. Petersburg, Pittsburgh, and Denver. I have my Master of Public Health in Epidemiology. For most of my career I focused on pediatric and adult nutrition counseling, particularly in the areas of cystic fibrosis and pulmonary. I have clinical and research experience helping families with feeding challenges; picky eating and mealtime behavior. On a personal note, I walked alongside my husband, a cancer survivor, using nutrition to manage chemotherapy side effects and then to support healing. I'm passionate about helping patients achieve their nutrition goals. As a mom of 2 boys, who played soccer through college and now a proud grandmother, I understand the evolving role nutrition plays across every stage of life. I’m excited to share my professional insights, evidence-based care and personal experiences that have shaped my approach to nutrition and wellness.

Approach to care

As a lifelong dietitian, I’m passionate about helping individuals feel at ease and not overwhelmed with meeting their nutrition goals. I believe in having a personalized approach that makes diet change achievable and sustainable. I look forward to guiding you with knowledge and tools to make informed decisions and help reach your health goals. I will use research and evidence-based guidelines as a foundation and to enhance your overall quality of life through nutrition.
