About Judy

I am a Registered Dietitian with over 35 years of experience dedicated to lifelong nutrition and wellness. I have seen firsthand the role sustainable nutrition habits play in health, quality of life, self-esteem, and energy to do what matters most to you. I believe as life evolves, so should your diet—adapting to your individual needs, preferences, and goals. I have worked at 3 leading hospitals, providing pediatric and adult nutrition counseling. Although my passion is cystic fibrosis with pancreatic enzyme replacement, I also specialize in weight management, stage-of-life-specific nutrition (cancer, autoimmune disease, and menopause) and wellness for men and women. Personally, I have walked alongside my husband, a cancer survivor, using nutrition to help manage chemotherapy side effects and support recovery. As a mom of two boys who played soccer through college and now a grandmother, I understand the importance of balancing convenience, access, and enjoyment in everyday eating.

Approach to care

As a lifelong dietitian, I’m passionate about helping individuals feel at ease and not overwhelmed with meeting their nutrition goals. I believe in having a personalized approach that makes diet change achievable and sustainable. I look forward to guiding you with knowledge, evidence-based guidelines and tools to make informed decisions and help reach your health goals
