“Judy is such a kind, friendly person who really took an interest in solving my bad habits. I was a big snacker and used every stressful situation as an excuse to go to the corner store to buy bags of chips (lol, which was daily). Now, it rarely crosses my mind that snacks are what i need to "fix" my stress. Still enjoy chips but now maybe a only a couple of times a month. Thank you for helping me figure out the root causes and how to snack/ eat healthier and more enjoyably!“
