About Julia

Hi, I’m Julia Arnold, a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with a strong passion for helping people create lasting, meaningful changes in their health. My experience spans hospitals, nursing homes, fitness centers, and Telehealth. However, I’ve truly found my calling in the outpatient, virtual care space. It gives me the opportunity to form connections with my clients and support them every step of the way. Whether your goals involve weight loss, building muscle, managing blood sugar, or improving your heart health, I’ll be your biggest cheerleader and guide. Lately, I’ve been diving more into fertility nutrition, a passion sparked by my journey into motherhood. Supporting others through fertility and pregnancy has become a new and meaningful part of my work. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, brings both expertise and empathy to the table, and is committed to helping you succeed then I’d love to work with you!

This conversation helps me understand the full picture, so I can create a personalized plan that aligns with your unique goals, preferences, and needs. There’s no pressure and no judgment, just a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel heard and empowered. Whether you’re looking to improve your energy, manage a condition, lose weight, support fertility, or simply feel better in your body, we’ll lay a strong foundation together. By the end of our session, you’ll walk away with clear direction, small actionable steps to get started, and the confidence that you’re not doing this alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way!
