About Julia
Hi, I'm Julia. I'm a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with 5 years of experience, grounded in a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University. I've worked in clinical hospital settings and in community health, where I learned that science thrives when it serves real people. When I'm not working, you can find me cooking or baking at home, running, or soaking up the sun at the beach with friends and family. I love helping people build a sustainable, balanced relationship with food that fits their lives.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is collaborative and evidence-based. I believe in Health At Every Size and a weight-neutral, behavior-focused approach, so we prioritize sustainable changes over dieting. I work with you in a warm, nonjudgmental way, making space for your values and goals. I translate current science into practical steps and tools, empowering you with knowledge to decide what works. Together we build a holistic plan that fits your life and supports lasting, meaningful change.
Your first session with Julia
Our first appointment is a welcoming conversation about you. We'll review medical history and discuss where you are with food, your routines, and the short-term goals we set together. You don't need to have it all figured out; this is a low-pressure, nonjudgmental space designed to help us understand what matters most to you. We'll explore your relationship with food, identify small, doable steps, and map out what the next week or two will look like so you feel supported and hopeful about sustainable change.
