Patient reviews

  • β€œJulia was excellent. She helped me look at how I build my meals and taught me that I should be building my snacks the same way that I am building my meals; incorporating fruits and vegetables in every meal. Julia also had great recommendations based on my needs. I'm challenged with portion control, and Julia shared tips about plating that helped me gain control. Julia helped me set realistic goals and supported accountability with consistent feedback check-ins. I highly recommend her.β€œ
