About Julia
Hi! I'm Julia (MS/RDN/CDCES), I'm a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist with 4 years experience in acute and critical care nutrition in NYC. My areas of interest are: diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and oncology. I am also well versed in preventative nutrition to decrease risk of chronic disease.
Approach to care
My approach to care is creating a sustainable lifestyle enjoying foods to make our bodies feel and operate at their highest capacity! My goal is to educate and empower clients to make positive behavior changes that will last a lifetime. I use tools like motivational interviewing and SMART goals to help clients achieve the best outcomes possible
Your first session with Julia
In our first session I'd like us to get to know each other, dive into your health/medical/nutrition/lifestyle history. We will discuss what topics are important to you & review relevant educational topics to promote realistic goal setting (long term & short term).
