About Julia

Hi, I'm Julia! I've been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for almost three years, guided by my master's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University in Miami and my clinical nutrition training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Boston Children's Hospital in Boston. I work in the hospital setting as a neonatal and pediatric dietitian and in private practice for all ages. I help people translate science into achievable diet and lifestyle changes. Outside the office, I love traveling and spending time with my dog. I provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care that meets you where you are.

Approach to care

My approach is evidence-based and patient-centered, grounded in current research. I'll walk beside you and translate science into practical steps we can take together. We'll set achievable, meaningful goals, and I'll support you with empathy and clear, nonjudgmental guidance. I practice with a weight-neutral perspective, focusing on sustainable habits that honor your values. My aim is to educate and empower you to nourish your life for the long term.

Your first session with Julia

Our first visit is all about you. We'll have an open, nonjudgmental conversation where we review your medical history, daily routines, and relationship with food. If you bring labs or biometrics, we'll go over what they mean for your goals. Together, we'll set a couple of short-term, actionable targets to start. You don't need to have it all figured out yet; this is the beginning of a collaborative path designed to fit your life.
