About Julia
Julia Holland has 4 years of experience working in many different fields of nutrition. After studying nutrition at the University of Arizona, Julia completed her dietetic internship at Arizona State University in Phoenix. Julia has worked in long term care, community nutrition, and healthy aging/brain health. She works with a variety of different disease states and enjoys supporting her clients with developing a healthy relationship with food.
Approach to care
Julia is passionate about helping individuals find sustainable and realistic ways to fuel their bodies. She takes a person-centered, non-judgmental approach to nutrition counseling sessions. Julia's main goal is to empower her clients with the knowledge and tools to nourish themselves and optimize their health.

In the first session Julia aims to create a welcoming space for you to share about yourself so that she can learn more about you, your lifestyle and your why. A lot of topics will be discussed to allow for us to determine a personalized care plan for you that outlines your short-term and long-term goals.
