About Julia
Hi, I’m Julia, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Physical Performance, specializing in Sports Nutrition. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, with the goal of helping each client feel confident and empowered around food. I have experience working with clients managing a wide range of conditions, from chronic illnesses to performance goals. Whether you're navigating a health challenge, training for something big, or just trying to feel your best, I believe in teaching sustainable habits that support your individual goals. I’m here to help you learn how to fuel your body, no matter what you’re going through, so you can feel strong, capable, and nourished. I became a dietitian because I wanted to help people build a positive relationship with food, free from fear or confusion. It’s not about perfection, it’s about confidence and long-term wellness.
Approach to care
I take an evidence-based, client-centered approach to nutrition. I believe in meeting people where they are, physically, emotionally, and mentally, and helping them build a healthier relationship with food. My goal is to empower clients to understand their bodies, fuel them with confidence, and develop sustainable habits that work in real life. Whether you're managing a condition, working on performance goals, or simply want to feel better, I’m here to support you with practical, personalized guidance, not rigid rules.
Your first session with Julia
Our first session is all about getting to know each other. I want to learn about you, your health history, lifestyle, relationship with food, and what brings you to Nourish. We’ll talk about where you are right now and what goals you have, whether they’re related to health, performance, or simply feeling better day to day. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. This session is a space to share openly, ask questions, and begin building a plan that feels realistic and personalized to you. From there, we’ll work together to create a supportive path forward, one step at a time.
