Hi, I’m Julia! I’m a registered dietitian with over 11 years of experience working in professional sports, including time with the Chicago Cubs and the Houston Rockets. During that time, I guided athletes in fueling to perform at their highest level, recover faster, and stay at the top of their game. Now, I bring that same approach to the clients I work with through Nourish. My focus is on helping you optimize your life through simple, sustainable nutrition strategies that actually fit your lifestyle. Whether you want to improve energy, support your activity, or build habits that last, I’ll create a plan tailored to you. I earned my master’s in Professional Practices of Dietetics, and I’m passionate about making nutrition practical so you can feel and perform your best every day.

Your first session with Julia
In our first visit, I want to learn about your life, routines, and reality so I can create a plan that truly fits you. We’ll talk through your goals, current eating habits, and any challenges you’ve faced with nutrition in the past. My goal is to design a plan that feels sustainable long term—something you can actually stick with, not just a quick fix. Together, we’ll also explore new foods, ideas, and strategies that may support your health in ways you haven’t tried before, while also addressing any limiting beliefs or nutrition myths that might be holding you back. By the end of our session, you’ll leave with clear, realistic steps tailored to your goals, and the confidence that you’re moving forward with a plan built for your life.
