About Julia

Hi, I’m Julia, a Registered Dietitian based in Cincinnati. I bring about 1 year of experience in clinical and hospital settings and a solid foundation in nutrition science from the University of Cincinnati, where I earned my MS and my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics. Today I work as a floating dietitian in the inpatient setting, so I get to learn from many different patients and tailor care to each unique story. When I’m not at the hospital, you’ll find me in the Pilates studio working out, tying new recipes, shopping for healthy finds, or spending time with friends and family. The way I describe my practice is a blend of evidence-driven expertise and human- centered care with being very personal and empathetic to my patients.

My care philosophy centers on solid science wrapped in genuine care. I practice with an evidence-based, collaborative approach, guiding you with clear action steps that you can fit into real life. I value a holistic view of health, considering sleep, stress, activity, and environment, not just a meal plan. I welcome a weight-neutral stance and the Health At Every Size concept, focusing on sustainable habits rather than perfection. I aim to educate you so you feel confident making choices that last.

Your first session with Julia

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and establish short-term goals, and we’ll talk about what you want to get out of our meeting. It’s a low-pressure, judgment-free conversation, and you don’t need to have it all figured out before you come. We’ll explore your relationship with food, your routines, and what matters most to you, then set 1 to 2 practical steps to get started. I’ll be there with you every step, tailoring plans to your medical needs and lifestyle.
