About Julia
Hi! :) I'm Julia, a registered dietitian dedicated to helping people enhance their performance, energy, and long-term wellness through personalized, sustainable nutrition. I believe in an all-foods-fit approach that highlights nutrient-dense, minimally processed foods while still making room for the foods you love. I have experience working with collegiate athletes at Army West Point and in hospital and community settings throughout Manhattan. Through these experiences, Iāve seen how individualized nutrition can transform energy, recovery, and overall well-being. My approach combines evidence-based practice with a holistic perspective, focusing on the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and overall health. Whether youāre optimizing training, supporting thyroid or gut function, or simply working toward feeling your best, weāll create a plan thatās both effective and sustainable.
Approach to care
My approach to care is supportive, practical, and individualized. I take time to understand your lifestyle and habits to build a plan that feels realistic and balanced. I focus on consistency over perfection and help you find strategies that make balanced eating approachable and sustainable. My goal is for you to feel confident and empowered around food while improving energy, mood, and overall well-being.
Your first session with Julia
In our first session, weāll talk through your goals, health history, and daily routines. Iāll take time to understand your lifestyle and what has or hasnāt worked for you in the past so we can create a plan that feels simple, balanced, and realistic. I believe nutrition should feel enjoyable, not overwhelming, and that small, consistent changes can make a big difference. Youāll leave feeling confident, supported, and excited, with a clear direction and practical steps to start feeling better right away!
