“Julia has been great to work with! She is kind and helps keep me accountable. We set clear goals and work towards them together, and her specific recommendations for things like electrolytes and supplements have made a real difference. I’ve already noticed less bloating and my lips are much less dry. She’s very educational and I highly recommend her.“

“Julia helped me truly understand nutrition—what to eat, when to eat, and how to fuel my body—without ever making me feel judged. She met me with encouragement and gave me the knowledge and confidence to take control of my health. Since working with her, I have more energy, feel stronger, and have a much more positive outlook on food, exercise, and what I can achieve physically.“

“Julia is the best there is! She doesnt just share the what, she shares the why behind it so that it sticks. She also focuses on sustainability, helping you reach your goals without needing to count calories or macros. This ensures that your goals can follow you anywhere. Highly recommend :) “

About Julia
Hi! :) I'm Julia, a registered dietitian dedicated to helping people enhance their performance, energy, and long-term wellness through personalized, sustainable nutrition. I believe in an all-foods-fit approach that highlights nutrient-dense, minimally processed foods while still making room for the foods you love. I have experience working with collegiate athletes at Army West Point and in hospital and community settings throughout Manhattan. Through these experiences, I’ve seen how individualized nutrition can transform energy, recovery, and overall well-being. My approach combines evidence-based practice with a holistic perspective, focusing on the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and overall health. Whether you’re optimizing training, or simply working toward feeling your best, we’ll create a plan that’s both effective and sustainable.
Approach to care
My approach to care is supportive, practical, and individualized. I take time to understand your lifestyle and habits to build a plan that feels realistic and balanced. I focus on consistency over perfection and help you find strategies that make balanced eating approachable and sustainable. My goal is for you to feel confident and empowered around food while improving energy, mood, and overall well-being.
Your first session with Julia
In our first session, we’ll talk through your goals, health history, and daily routines. I’ll take time to understand your lifestyle and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past so we can create a plan that feels simple, balanced, and realistic. I believe nutrition should feel enjoyable, not overwhelming, and that small, consistent changes can make a big difference. You’ll leave feeling confident, supported, and excited, with a clear direction and practical steps to start feeling better right away!
