About Julia
Julia's journey to becoming a dietitian began as a collegiate athlete, where she experienced firsthand the transformative power of nutrition. This foundation led her to earn both a Bachelorâs and Masterâs degrees in Nutrition and become a Registered Dietitian, driven by a passion to help others achieve sustainable, lasting health transformations.
Approach to care
Julia empowers her clients to understand the âwhyâ behind their choices so they can create results that truly last. She prioritizes education and skill-building, giving clients the knowledge, confidence, and tools to take charge of their health for life. Her approach emphasizes balance, evidence-based strategies, and focusing on what to add, not just what to cut.
Your first session with Julia
In your first session with Julia, she'll take the time to understand your unique goals, challenges, and lifestyle. You will be asked questions about your habits, history, and priorities so we can get a full picture of whatâs working and what isnât. Together, youâll identify actionable strategies tailored to you, focusing on sustainable changes rather than quick fixes.
