Patient reviews
“Julia helping me get curious and learn more about my eating patterns without shame or judgement. We set some goals for next week so I'm feeling more at ease and confident.“
June 24th, 2024“Julia is the most amazing person. She is kind and fair. She helps you see the small picture and how little victories can encourage you to larger victories. I am so grateful I have had her influence in my life to help guide me to healthier eating and happiness“

About Julia
Julia has over 15 years experience working in the dietetics field. Prior to working at Nourish, Julia began her career as an inpatient clinical dietitian and then became an outpatient renal dietitian.
Approach to care
Julia's approach to care is to see you as a human first. This means, Julia will likely ask out of the box questions that initially may not feel like they are related to nutrition. Julia likes to be able to have a thorough understanding of her patient's lives in order to provide sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long term behavior change. Julia believes that making small changes over time can lead to long lasting results.
Your first session with Julia
In your first session with Julia, you can expect to teach Julia about yourself. Julia will ask lots of questions with the expectation that you two start to build a trusting relationship where you can come up with a specific plan for you.
