About Julianna

Hi! My name is Julianna, and I am so excited to get to know you better! I have lived in New Jersey my entire life. I have a strong background in outpatient nutrition, where I worked mostly with weight management and bariatric patients. My other specialties and areas of interest include pediatric nutrition, weight management, mindful eating, and diabetes. It is my passion to help my patients create and maintain a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is such a powerful thing and I can't wait to share my experience with you!

Approach to care

I believe in a patient-led approach to care. During our time together, we will discuss opportunities for change. Then we will work together to decide what actions are appropriate to help you meet your goals. YOU get to decide what is best, but I will provide you with evidence-based approaches to help with those decisions.

Your first session with Julianna

Our first session is all about creating a relationship and getting to know one another. We will talk about your goals, expectations, and some of your current and past habits. We will talk about what works and doesn't work for your lifestyle. You will leave the session with some goals and an action plan.
