About Julianna

Hi! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Montclair State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Marywood University, where I completed a 1,200-hour dietetic internship. I take pride in helping my clients improve their relationship with food and achieve health goals. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my corgis, Rhea and Silas, and cooking as a hobby, experimenting with new recipes. The fulfillment from my clients' progress is my greatest reward.

Approach to care

For decades, society has emphasized low-fat, low-sugar, and low-calorie foods, promoting an unrealistic standard of thinness and encouraging the pursuit of fad diets. This has led many to develop unhealthy relationships with food. Frustrated from diet to diet? My clients say 'enough is enough' and decide to focus on understanding their body's unique needs, adopting intuitive eating, & ultimately fostering a healthier relationship with food while achieving their personal goals.

Your first session with Julianna

During an initial consultation, we will engage in a one-on-one discussion to assess your dietary habits, medical history, and relevant lab values. This comprehensive evaluation helps us understand your unique health and nutritional needs. Additionally, we will explore how your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs influence your eating habits and overall wellness. This approach ensures that we tailor a nutrition plan that aligns with your individual goals and priorities, fostering a complete understanding of your well-being to achieve future food freedom.
