Patient reviews

  • I have worked closely with Julieanne over the last few months. She's amazing and knowledgeable of my conditions, (Vasal Vagal, SI Crohn's, and Hypothyroidism). She helped advise me weekly to better life choices to help accomplish my goals through small changes over time. Throughout our time we discussed foods that worked within my restrictions, healthy alternatives, meal prep, small changes with large impact, protein goals, and so much more. I am grateful for all her help.

  • Julianne always surprises me. Where I find I failed she finds improvement. It is an aha moment of encouragement as she highlights your efforts and hard work because this journey is hard enough. She is very genuine in her approach to help yiu reach your goals in a way that compliments your lifestyle and needs. She is always full of suggestions and not just vague instructions. She isn’t afraid of your past or lack of discipline. I can’t say enough how much her help has increased my confidence.

  • I’ve had such a great experience working with Julianne. She has helped me change my habits in a realistic way. We made small changes over time, and now I actually enjoy eating a variety of foods I never would’ve tried before. I also travel a lot. Julianne gave me a lot of helpful tips that help me stay on track while on the go. I feel so much more confident about my choices and finally feel like I have a healthy balance that fit my busy life.

About Julianne

Hello, I'm Julianne, a registered dietitian with a lifelong passion for food and a deep understanding of its complexities. My journey hasn’t always been linear: from early kitchen creativity to personal experiences with body image and GI discomfort, I bring both lived and clinical insight to my practice. With a background spanning private practice, community nutrition, and corporate wellness, I specialize in sustainable weight care, family and women's nutrition, mental health, and gut health (DGBIs, POTS, EDS, MCAS, IBS, gastroparesis). My goal is to help you find practical, creative solutions that fit seamlessly into your life.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is rooted in holistic, personalized support. Together, we’ll co-create sustainable strategies that enhance your energy, comfort, and quality of life. Every nutrition plan is designed to nurture the whole person, prioritizing behavioral shifts that feel empowering, not restrictive. I believe in the healing power of food and the importance of honoring both physical and emotional needs. Our work will support not just your body, but your mind and spirit, too.

Your first session with Julianne

Our first session is all about building trust and understanding. I’ll take time to learn your unique health story - exploring your medical background, food preferences, environment, stressors, and goals. From there, we’ll develop a personalized plan that reflects your needs and values. This is a collaborative journey toward your healthiest, most supported self.
