Patient reviews

  • Julianne has been lifechanging. As someone with multiple chronic illnesses that effect my digestive system, as well as battling SIBO, and an unhealthy relationship with food, I can 100% attest for how amazing Julianne is. She truly listens to you, and makes you feel heard, which is huge when you have multiple health issues. I couldnt reccomend her more!

  • I have worked closely with Julieanne over the last few months. She's amazing and knowledgeable of my conditions, (Vasal Vagal, SI Crohn's, and Hypothyroidism). She helped advise me weekly to better life choices to help accomplish my goals through small changes over time. Throughout our time we discussed foods that worked within my restrictions, healthy alternatives, meal prep, small changes with large impact, protein goals, and so much more. I am grateful for all her help.

  • Julianne always surprises me. Where I find I failed she finds improvement. It is an aha moment of encouragement as she highlights your efforts and hard work because this journey is hard enough. She is very genuine in her approach to help yiu reach your goals in a way that compliments your lifestyle and needs. She is always full of suggestions and not just vague instructions. She isn’t afraid of your past or lack of discipline. I can’t say enough how much her help has increased my confidence.

About Julianne

Welcome! I’m Julianne — a Registered Dietitian based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, specializing in Disorders of Gut–Brain Interaction (DGBIs), sustainable weight care, and women’s health. My career spans community health, corporate wellness, and private practice GI nutrition, and across each setting my work has focused on helping people understand their bodies with clarity, compassion, and researched-based guidance. I bring both clinical experience and lived experience to my work. Growing up with my own GI and body image challenges shaped the empathy, practicality, and patience I bring to every session. My top priority is creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools that actually fit your life. When I’m not talking about food or GI symptoms, you’ll find me crafting, watching the latest crime thriller, or spending time outdoors with my husband and our dog, Rémy.

Approach to care

My philosophy is simple: nutrition care should feel respectful, collaborative, and doable. I blend evidence-based practice with warmth and directness, meeting you exactly where you are and helping you translate complex physiology into practical steps that fit your real life. I focus on habits, wellbeing, and long-term change rather than quick fixes or restrictive trends. My goal is to help you understand what supports your body and values so you can move toward health in a way that feels sustainable and grounded.

Your first session with Julianne

Our first session is centered entirely on you. We’ll explore your medical history, daily routines, and what brought you here, then begin identifying short term goals that feel realistic and supportive. You don’t need to have anything “figured out” — this is a low pressure, collaborative conversation where we look at what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what’s possible next. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a sense of momentum for our work together.
