About Julie
Hello! I would be honored to work with you to accomplish your health goals. I have almost 20 years of experience in working with all age ranges to help improve their nutritional wellbeing. My approach focuses on whole foods based nutrition as it relates to overall wellness. I am happy to offer suggestions and find techniques that bring you closer to the person you are meant to be!
Approach to care
I believe that nutrition is part of overall whole body wellness and that the body works best with a balanced lifestyle. This includes but is not limited to physical activity, adequate sleep, and stress management. I look forward to finding ways to bring positive, sustainable change.

The first session would ideally be getting to know you: your background (including habits and lifestyle), your goals, and what brought you to where you are today. Then, we can establish what you would like to accomplish and steps that would help you realize your goals.
