Approach to care
She meets each individual exactly where they are via a holistic approach that meets the specific needs of each client. There is no one size fits all recipe for wellness and Julie truly understands this. The goal is to prevent and resolve illness by focusing on nutrition and lifestyle changes that support and empower the individual. Together, you'll make small attainable changes that will lead to reaching and sustaining your health goals.
Your first session with Julie
In your initial session, Julie will conduct a thorough nutrition assessment to gain an understanding of your eating habits, preferences, lifestyle, medical history and nutrition related goals.
