About Julie
For the past four years, I served as a dietitian for the U.S. Air Force; for the past two years, I was directly responsible for optimizing the performance and readiness of our nation's pilot trainees at Randolph Air Force Base. I understand the critical link between peak nutrition and peak performance under pressure, unconventional schedules, and high-stakes environments. Now, I'm bringing that same mission-focused approach to my fellow frontline heroes: paramedics, firefighters, and all first responders. When I'm off the clock, you can find me with my husband, our two dogs, and cheering on my college football team.

This isn't a consultation, it's a critical briefing. We have 50 minutes to establish your baseline, identify vulnerabilities in your current fuel plan, and deploy your first tactical nutrition objective. I need to understand your operational tempo, your sleep patterns, and your physical demands. We will not waste time. You will leave with one clear, actionable order to optimize your body for the next emergency call. Your readiness depends on it.
