About Juliette
Three years into my career as a registered dietitian, I combine clinical hospital experience with time working in the tech sector to make nutrition practical and accessible. I earned my MS in Nutrition Science from Drexel University and practice as an RD and licensed dietitian nutritionist, bringing evidence-based thinking into everyday meals. I bake, cook, dance, read, and do arts and crafts, and I love translating that curiosity and creativity into sustainable, realistic eating ideas we'll try together.
Approach to care
Evidence informs the recommendations I share, and compassion shapes how we put them into practice together. I follow a weight-neutral Health At Every Size perspective, focusing on behaviors, function, and overall well-being rather than a number on the scale. We'll create clear, action-oriented steps grounded in current research, and I’ll teach the why behind each strategy so you can make informed choices. My aim is lasting, sustainable change that fits your life, not quick fixes.
Your first session with Juliette
Expect a warm, judgment-free conversation where we focus on understanding your health story and what matters to you. I will review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, and together we'll translate that information into one or two short-term, realistic goals. I won't expect you to have everything figured out beforehand, and you'll leave with practical, low-pressure steps to try before our next visit.
