About Kacie
Hi, I'm Kacie. I bring 10 years of experience helping people feel better through nutrition. My career spans clinical and hospital care, research and academia, community health, and corporate wellness, with a special interest in nutrition during travel. When I’m not at the desk, you’ll find me hiking, traveling, and trying new foods on my adventures. I aim to make nutrition feel approachable and meaningful for you.
Approach to care
I believe care should be evidence-based yet warmly human. My approach blends science with holism, meeting you where you are and offering clear steps you can actually follow. I work with you directly to translate current research into practical habits that fit your life, always with a weight-neutral, HAES-informed perspective. We’ll focus on sustainable change, daily routines, sleep, and stress as part of your overall well-being, empowering you with knowledge and confidence.
Your first session with Kacie
Our first session is all about you. Think of it as a conversation, not an evaluation. We’ll review your medical history, labs, and your relationship with food, and together set short-term goals. I’ll help you understand what matters most to you and draft a realistic meal plan that fits your schedule and preferences. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; just show up as you are, and we’ll take it from there, step by step.
