About Kacie

I'm a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with a master's in nutrition and dietetics. I have extensive experience in diabetes care, endocrinology, and the use of CGM and insulin delivery technology. My approach is science-based and holistically minded, blending clinical knowledge with deeper work in mindset, metabolism, and behavior change to support long-term, sustainable results.

We’ll work together to identify blind spots that may be keeping you stuck and create realistic strategies that support your body, goals, and lifestyle. Your first session with Kacie

We’ll start by reviewing your health history, current habits, symptoms, and goals. I’ll ask questions to get a full picture of your lifestyle and help identify potential root causes behind your concerns. From there, we’ll narrow in on key focus areas and outline realistic next steps that support your health and priorities.

Hobbies

I love being active—whether it’s beach walks, hiking, biking, running, or lifting weights. I’m a true introvert at heart and enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, trying new recipes, and unwinding with nostalgic movies. I also have a deep love for music and for spoiling my rescue pets.
