Your first session with Kaela
Kaela enjoys fostering partnerships with her patients to increase trust and comfortability to cultivate productivity and progress in the telehealth space. Kaela will guide you through discussing the different facets of health including food, hydration, sleep, stress, gut health, and previous attempts to reach your stated goals.
