About Kaitlin
Ten years working as a Registered Dietitian in clinical settings taught me how to translate complex medical needs into practical, sustainable plans. I hold a BA in Dietetics and I'm working on a Master's of Science in Administration, and I bring that clinical focus to each conversation as an RDN and CNSC. When I'm not reviewing charts I recharge on the pickleball courts, experimenting in the kitchen, or walking my dog. Those activities keep me grounded in real life, and they shape the realistic strategies I offer patients.
Approach to care
Evidence and empathy guide how I work with each person. I use current research and clinical experience to create clear, actionable steps, while keeping the conversation judgment-free and supportive. Together we'll focus on behaviors that improve health rather than only numbers on a scale, honoring the whole person, including emotional and lifestyle factors. I aim to educate so you can make informed choices, and to build sustainable habits we can adjust as life changes.
Your first session with Kaitlin
Expect a thoughtful, low-pressure conversation where we review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have. We'll take a deep dive into your relationship with food, talk through what has felt helpful or frustrating, and together establish a few short-term goals that feel manageable. You don't need to have it all figured out beforehand, just bring your questions and experiences and we'll build a plan step by step.
