About Kaitlin
Hello! My name is Kaitlin Harper and I am a dietitian with 6 years of experience. I have spent this last 5 years working for the VA, where I have cultivated skills in providing nutrition therapy in several areas including weight loss, diabetes, various GI disorders, high cholesterol, malnutrition and much more!
Approach to care
I am a very personable person who can put myself in others’ shoes. This helps me understand my clients on a deeper level to provide best nutrition care. While working with me, you can expect to not only learn the basics of nutrition, but how to efficiently apply these principles in your life in a way that is both attainable and sustainable. By the end of our sessions, my main goals for you are to have a healthy relationship with food, to take the stress out of eating, and for you to feel your best in your own skin!
Your first session with Kaitlin
The first session is where I get to know you. We will review relevant medical history, discuss overall goals, and begin working on smaller goals to help achieve overarching goals. I also use this time to tell you about both my work experience and approach to nutrition as an RD.
