About Kaitlin
Kaity (she/her) has a passion for nutrition that she loves to share with those around her! Prior to her time at Nourish, Kaity was an ICU Dietitian which fostered a continued passion for learning all she could about disease states & how nutrition can assist in healing the body. With a focus on integrative and functional nutrition, when working with Kaity you can expect to look at and learn about whole body health. When Kaity isn't chatting people up about nutrition, you can find her with her pets (don't worry, you will hear about them), blowing glass, listening to too much true crime, and cooking food she sees on K-dramas.
Approach to care
Kaity's approach to care embraces an open-mindedness that values individual preferences, cultural diversity, and alternative perspectives on health. Kaity works to actively listen to her patients and aims to understand their specific needs, goals, and challenges.
Your first session with Kaitlin
Kaity knows that meeting new providers can be intimidating! However, Kaity does her best to make things as comfy as possible on your first session. While you can expect what Kaity refers to sometimes as the "interrogation" (which is mostly just getting to know you and your goals better), you can also expect a caring, down to earth, silly, Dietitian who is also going to talk to you and treat you like a human, not just another patient.
