About Kaitlin

I love to travel and after a solo overseas trip to South-East Asia, I quickly fell in love with food, culture, and cultivation. Food isn't just food, it's the memory of your favorite family meal that someone close to you made, and the shared laughter of good stories surrounding a table, and the blessing of hard work that cultivated growth and abundance to reach that dining room! I pursued a career in Nutrition Sciences and graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I advanced my knowledge through acquiring the title of Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. Now my mission is to help others see the beauty in taking care of yourself and your community. Nutrition and fitness to me are lifestyles that showcase love, compassion, and unity. I look forward to helping you reach your goals through love, compassion and unity within yourself and to highlight that you are capable of great things!

Approach to care

My approach to care as a Registered Dietitian is rooted in compassion, evidence-based science, and true personalization—because nutrition isn't one-size-fits-all, and lasting change never comes from rigid rules or quick fixes. We will uncover the root cause and find ways to implement sustainable change.

Your first session with Kaitlin

In our first session together, we'll create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. This initial meeting is all about building rapport, truly getting to know you, and laying a strong foundation for meaningful, and sustainable progress. We'll start with a warm introduction—I’ll share a bit about my approach and what you can expect, then I'll invite you to tell me why you're here, what brings you to nutrition counseling, and what you're hoping to achieve. This is your time to speak openly about your motivations, challenges, and any concerns. It's okay and completely normal to be nervous at first!
