About Kaitlin
Hi, Iâm Kaitlin! I know that trusting someone with your health is a big step, and I donât take that lightly. Iâve worked in this field for nearly a decade and have had many unique experiences (ranging from retail dietetics, management, personal training, and individual counseling) which have given me a diverse perspective that I bring into each session. I believe being healthy has nothing to do with âwillpowerâ. Motivation comes and goes, but having the right systems, habits, and environment can make the healthy choice the easiest one, even on those really tough days (when there's just SO MUCH going on). My approach is rooted in realistic, evidence-based guidance that fits your life. Weâll meet where youâre at and build up step-by-step to where you want to be. Iâm PASSIONATE about nutrition and wellness. It truly excites me to always learn more about it and to share what I know! Iâm here to be your biggest cheerleader and to hold you accountable when you feel you need extra support.

Whether your goals are big or small, Iâm here to be a reliable, supportive partner. No judgment, never any fads. Just clear, personalized strategies that help you feel confident in your choices and empowered in your progress. Nutrition doesnât have to feel overwhelming or restrictive. Weâll work together to create a way of eating that supports your goals, helps you feel good in your body, and makes sense for your lifestyle. My goal is to help you feel your best, whatever that means for you. If youâre looking to take back the reins with your health, fit gentle wellness into your life, or are looking for support with weight management, heart health, aging healthfully (or all of the above!), I think weâll be a great fit.
Your first session with Kaitlin
During our very first session, my focus is on getting to know you! Youâll have the floor to share your goals, whatâs going on, and what youâre looking for, and Iâll have lots of questions to help me best understand where youâre coming from. Weâll talk about your current habits, lifestyle, medical history, and any challenges you've faced along the way. From there weâll begin to craft the plan that will lead us forward based on whatâs most important to you. Thereâs never judgment - this is a supportive space to explore whatâs working, whatâs not, and how we can move forward together. Youâll leave the session with clear, actionable steps to work on until our next session (and youâll have the reassurance that youâre not doing this alone!).

BS in Dietetics from North Dakota State University
Hobbies
I am a self-proclaimed homebody. Nothing thrills me more than a quiet day with ample time for reading, baking, cooking, organizing, and getting out in the yard with the pets or to putz around in the garden (tons of excitement over here!). I do love staying active throughout the year and incorporate in quite a bit of strength training, walking, biking, & sometimes running & swimming (and snowshoeing...I do live in MN after all). When I do decide to leave the house I love antique stores & thrift shopping!
