About Kaitlin

Hi, I'm Kaitlin! I know that trusting someone with your health is a big step, and I don’t take that lightly. I’ve been a registered dietitian for over eight years, and during that time, I’ve helped people from all walks of life navigate the often confusing world of nutrition. My goal is to be a supportive, reliable partner in your journey—someone who listens, understands your unique challenges, and provides realistic, evidence-based guidance that actually works for your life. I’ve worked in a wide range of settings (from retail nutrition, food service management, personal training, and one-on-one counseling) and I bring that diverse experience into every session. I’ve spent the bulk of my career focused on weight management and helping individuals build sustainable habits that support long-term health. Whether your goals are big or small, I’m here to help you feel confident in your choices and empowered in your progress.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition doesn’t have to be overwhelming or restrictive. There’s so much noise out there about what to eat and what not to eat that it’s easy to get lost in the confusion. I’m here to help you cut through all of that and focus on what truly matters for you. I’ll work with you to create a way of eating that feels good, supports your goals, and actually fits your lifestyle. No fads, just sustainable & personalized guidance.

Your first session with Kaitlin

During our first session, my focus is on getting to know you. We’ll talk about your goals, current habits, lifestyle, medical history, and any challenges you've faced along the way. I want to understand the full picture so we can create a plan that’s realistic, personalized, and aligned with what’s important to you. There’s never judgment—this is a supportive space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and how we can move forward together. You’ll leave the session with clear, actionable steps and the confidence that you’re not doing this alone.

BS in Dietetics from North Dakota State University

Hobbies

Biking & gardening are two loves of mine. I also enjoy staying active through walking, running, and strength training, and you can often find me browsing through thrift shops & antique stores!
