About Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn holds a master’s degree in nutrition and is a registered dietitian with expertise in weight loss counseling and sports nutrition. Originally from Alabama, Kaitlyn has lived in California, Utah, and Italy, gaining a broad perspective on nutrition and lifestyle. Now living in New Hampshire, she enjoys spending time outdoors—whether hiking, skiing, or exploring with her golden retriever, Brighton. A self-proclaimed foodie, Kaitlyn loves to cook and experiment with new recipes, always finding creative ways to make nutritious meals both delicious and satisfying. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals in a way that fits their unique lifestyles, providing education and support without a hidden agenda. She enjoys working with individuals who want to improve their health through evidence-based nutrition, whether for weight management, sports performance, or overall wellness. Kaitlyn looks forward to supporting you on your nutrition journey!
Approach to care
Kaitlyn takes a client-centered approach to nutrition, meeting each individual where they are and working collaboratively to create realistic, sustainable changes. She believes that nutrition should be personalized, enjoyable, and free of rigid rules or unrealistic expectations. Rather than prescribing one-size-fits-all plans, Kaitlyn helps clients navigate their unique challenges, preferences, and lifestyles to build lasting habits that support their goals. Whether working with athletes, individuals on a weight loss journey, or those looking to improve their overall well-being, she focuses on education, empowerment, and evidence-based strategies. Her goal is to provide the tools and support her clients need to feel confident in their nutrition choices while fostering a positive and balanced relationship with food.
Your first session with Kaitlyn
In a first session with Kaitlyn, clients can expect a supportive, judgment-free conversation focused on their unique goals, lifestyle, and challenges. She takes the time to understand their health history, routines, and food preferences to create a personalized, realistic plan. Together, they’ll set achievable goals and outline practical strategies that fit seamlessly into daily life. Clients will leave feeling empowered, informed, and confident in their next steps toward better health.
