About Kaitlyn

My name is Katie Milesky, and I've been a Registered Dietitian since May of 2022. I graduated from The Ohio State University's dietetics program in 2020, then spent an additional two years pursuing my Masters in Dietetics and Nutrition there as well, while also completing my dietetic internship at local hospitals, food pantries, WIC offices, and clinics. I'm originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, but spent my schooling years in Columbus, Ohio, and now actually live in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, where I work as a guide in the park. I have a bit of experience in several specialties including oncology, sports nutrition, weight management, diabetes management, general education, and pediatrics.

Approach to care

I'm very passionate about intuitive eating and gentle nutrition, and tend to reject the use of strict diets in most patients, especially ones that cut out entire food groups. My patients/clients and I work together to figure out what they need from me, even if that is just accountability. I can be as "in your business" or as out of it as you want me to be!

Your first session with Kaitlyn

In your first session with me, I'd like to take the chance to get to know you a bit, as well as your favorites foods and how you tend to eat most days. Well talk about your goals, why you decided to see a dietitian, and where you'd like to see yourself in regards to your health a year from now. There will be no judgement at all whatsoever, and we will set both short term and long term goals that are compatible with your lifestyle and achievable. I am here to help you!
