About Kaitlyn

My name is Katie Milesky, and I've been a Registered Dietitian since May of 2022. I graduated from The Ohio State University's dietetics program in 2020, then spent an additional two years pursuing my Masters in Dietetics and Nutrition there as well, while also completing my dietetic internship at local hospitals, food pantries, WIC offices, and clinics. I'm originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, but spent my schooling years in Columbus, Ohio, and now live in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, where I work as a guide in the park. I consider myself to be an environmentalist and am very passionate about sharing the outdoors with others, but I also find great value in my work as a dietitian.

Approach to care

I follow a non-restrictive, non-weight based, intuitive eating approach in my practice. There are no diets, no scales or measurements unless you want them, and most importantly, no shame. I have experience working with weight management, diabetes management, Low FODMAP, Celiac disease and other autoimmune disorders, and eating disorders, including binge-eating disorder. In my practice, there are no good foods or bad foods, just foods.

Your first session with Kaitlyn

In your first session with me, I'd like to take the chance to get to know you a bit. We'll talk about your goals, your current diet and what your life looks like, and adjustments we can make to help you reach those goals. There will be no judgement at all whatsoever - and we will set both short term and long term goals that are both achievable and compatible with your lifestyle. I try to keep things very relaxed and fun as much as possible. I'm here to give you whatever you need from me, even if that is just someone to check in with to keep you accountable.
