Approach to care
I like to take more of a coaching role with my clients. It is my job to support, motivate and educate you but its up to you to get your head in the game and do the work. I don't believe in failure only opportunities for improvement. We will troubleshoot together and find the path that leads you to your ultimate wellbeing.
Your first session with Kaitlyn
The first session is all about you! I will ask lots of questions to understand your lifestyle and medical history. I will meet you where you are at and together, we will develop goals and create a plan to get you where you want to be.
